Cold Brew Coffee Guide

Make smooth, low-acidity cold brew concentrate with the right grind, steep time, filtration, and storage.

Concentrate method

Combine coarsely ground coffee with cool water, steep in the refrigerator, then filter carefully. Dilute the concentrate with water or milk when serving and adjust strength to taste.

Avoid muddy or bitter cold brew

Use a coarse, even grind, avoid excessive agitation, and filter through a fine reusable filter or paper. Store the finished brew in a sealed container.

Serving ideas

Serve over ice, mix with milk, add sparkling water, or use as a base for coffee mocktails and desserts.
